Spirit Flow — Delete your account and data

Option 1 — Delete inside the game (fastest)

1. Open Spirit Flow and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Read the summary (coins, creatures and stages you will lose) and tap the red Delete button. Tap Cancel to keep your data.
4. The game deletes your cloud save, then your sign-in account, resets your analytics identity, erases all data on the device and restarts as a new install. If you are offline the game keeps retrying the next time it starts.

If your progress was linked to a Google or Apple sign-in but you are signed out on this device, the game can only delete the data on the device; sign in first, or use Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

Send an email to hung.9world@gmail.com with the subject "Spirit Flow account deletion" and include:

• Your player ID (shown at the bottom of Settings in the game), or the Google/Apple account email you linked to your progress.
• The device model and country (helps us find the right record).
• A statement that you want your account and all associated data deleted.

We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm from the linked email address.

What is deleted, what is kept

Data	Result
Cloud save (Firestore)	Deleted.
Sign-in account (Firebase Authentication, anonymous or linked)	Deleted, including the linked Google/Apple account identifier and email held by Firebase.
Save and settings on the device	Deleted (only when you delete inside the game; if you use email, uninstalling the game removes them).
Analytics identity (Firebase Analytics)	Reset in the game; we also send a user deletion request to Google Analytics. Data already aggregated and anonymous may remain until it expires (at most 14 months from collection).
Crash reports (Crashlytics)	Not linked to your account; expire automatically after 90 days.
Purchase records	Kept by Google Play under its own policies; we cannot delete them. Store purchases are not refunded by deleting an account. "No Ads" can be restored through Restore purchases on the same store account after a reinstall.
Ad data	Held by Google AdMob under Google's policies; manage it in your Android ad settings.

Cách 1 — Xoá ngay trong game (nhanh nhất)

1. Mở Spirit Flow và vào Cài đặt.
2. Kéo xuống cuối và chạm Xoá tài khoản.
3. Đọc tóm tắt (số vàng, creature và màn sẽ mất) rồi chạm nút đỏ Xoá. Chạm Huỷ để giữ dữ liệu.
4. Game xoá save cloud, rồi tài khoản đăng nhập, đặt lại định danh analytics, xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy và khởi động lại như mới cài. Nếu đang offline, game sẽ thử lại ở lần mở sau.

Nếu tiến độ của bạn đã liên kết với đăng nhập Google hoặc Apple nhưng máy này đang không đăng nhập, game chỉ xoá được dữ liệu trên máy; hãy đăng nhập trước, hoặc dùng Cách 2.

Cách 2 — Yêu cầu xoá không cần app

Gửi email tới hung.9world@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Spirit Flow account deletion" và ghi rõ:

• Mã người chơi (hiện ở cuối màn Cài đặt trong game), hoặc email tài khoản Google/Apple đã liên kết với tiến độ.
• Mẫu máy và quốc gia (giúp chúng tôi tìm đúng bản ghi).
• Nội dung: bạn muốn xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan.

Chúng tôi phản hồi xác nhận và hoàn tất việc xoá trong vòng 30 ngày. Để bảo vệ bạn, chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu xác nhận từ email đã liên kết.

Cái gì bị xoá, cái gì được giữ

Dữ liệu	Kết quả
Save cloud (Firestore)	Xoá.
Tài khoản đăng nhập (Firebase Authentication, ẩn danh hoặc đã liên kết)	Xoá, gồm mã tài khoản Google/Apple đã liên kết và email do Firebase lưu.
Save và cài đặt trên máy	Xoá (khi bạn xoá trong game; nếu dùng email thì gỡ game sẽ xoá chúng).
Định danh analytics (Firebase Analytics)	Đặt lại trong game; chúng tôi cũng gửi yêu cầu xoá người dùng tới Google Analytics. Dữ liệu đã tổng hợp và ẩn danh có thể còn tới khi hết hạn (tối đa 14 tháng kể từ lúc thu thập).
Báo cáo crash (Crashlytics)	Không gắn với tài khoản; tự hết hạn sau 90 ngày.
Bản ghi giao dịch mua	Do Google Play giữ theo chính sách của Google; chúng tôi không xoá được. Xoá tài khoản không hoàn tiền giao dịch trên store. "No Ads" lấy lại qua Khôi phục giao dịch trên cùng tài khoản store sau khi cài lại.
Dữ liệu quảng cáo	Do Google AdMob giữ theo chính sách của Google; quản lý trong cài đặt quảng cáo Android.
